Content & Conduct Policy

RedCurtain is an adult platform for creating fictional, AI-generated characters. This Policy defines what is and is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations can result in immediate removal of content, account termination, and reporting to authorities.

Everyone depicted is a fictional adult

All characters are computer-generated and fictional. Every character must be, and is presented as, an adult aged 18 or over. The Service must not be used to make any character appear to be a minor.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes minors. This includes, without limitation, any prompt, character, image, video, or text that depicts, describes, or implies a minor in a sexual or suggestive context, or that ages a character down, uses childlike features or settings, or otherwise attempts to evade our safeguards.

We deploy automated filters and may review content to enforce this. Any attempt to create such material will result in immediate termination and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, along with associated account and access data, as permitted or required by law.

Prohibited content

You may not create, request, upload, or share content that:

• Sexualizes, or appears to depict, anyone under 18.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery and “deepfakes” of real individuals (including celebrities and private persons).
• Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, or sexual violence presented as real or endorsed.
• Involves bestiality or sexual content with animals.
• Promotes incest, trafficking, or other illegal sexual conduct.
• Is otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions where the Service operates.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer safety filters.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others.
• Scraping, or using the Service to build competing datasets or models.
• Reselling or publicly redistributing generated content in violation of these terms or the law.

How we enforce

We use automated safeguards (including prompt filtering) and may review content and account activity to enforce this Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, and preserve and disclose information where necessary to comply with law or prevent harm.

To report content that violates this Policy, see our Content Removal, Complaints & DMCA page or email hello@redcurtain.ai. Reports of suspected CSAM are treated as the highest priority.
