Content Removal, Complaints & DMCA

We take reports seriously and act quickly. This page explains how to report content, request removal, and submit copyright claims.

Reporting content or filing a complaint

To report content that may violate our Content & Conduct Policy or the law, email hello@redcurtain.ai with:

• A description of the content and where it appears (URLs or identifiers).
• The reason for your report.
• Your contact details so we can follow up.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to review and act on valid reports without undue delay. Reports of suspected child sexual abuse material are prioritized above all else and may be escalated to NCMEC and/or law enforcement.

Removal of imagery depicting a real person

Although our characters are AI-generated and fictional, if you believe content depicts a real, identifiable person (including you) without consent — such as non-consensual intimate imagery or a “deepfake” — email hello@redcurtain.ai with enough detail to identify the content and your relationship to the person depicted. We will review and remove violating content.

DMCA copyright notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at hello@redcurtain.ai including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material and its location on the Service.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address.
